Manufacturing Process

Step 1: Mixing & Batching

Raw materials such as fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum, water, and aluminium powder are measured and mixed.

Specification for concrete masonry units (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete).
The hydrogen escapes and is replaced by air, doubling the mix volume. The material is now semi-solid and ready for shaping.
The “green” cakes are removed from molds and cut into precise block sizes using automated cutting technology.
The blocks are placed in an autoclave chamber under high-pressure steam for 12 hours. This gives them:
